Motivation....


The first question goes to ur head is 'Why do i go to work'?.. Most of u might have just have different answers. But credited of developing them especially how todays workforce is influenced was put up by different theorists.. there r many, the list including Maslow, Herzberg, Fedrick Taylor. Maslow's Pyramid Needs: It is one of the interesting and most commonly used theory worldwide. Maslow cam up with this in early 19 century, he thus concluded that a persons life is based on different stages, 


My conclusion: The table depicts the normal lifestyle,, but some people will have their own specific needs, and some won't be met... like the self actulisation: Most them will get this propably when they are dead or so.. i guess..

Another one is Herzberg, He came up with this theory about two factors which include hygiene and motivator factors.


i would advice to u look at fedrick taylor.. who hass more interesting theory.. 
well most of u might felt this as a lesson on Human Resource, hats of those theorist for coming up with this idea's,my whole point here is that they have jus caused problems in work place as people dont have similar needs.. my suggestion rather then using these theories try to ask ur employees how they feel and develop it... i am not saying do as what a particular staff says.. but develop it... 
note: when u will go through fedrick taylor.. you will get my point..

very nice thought and I think you have something going around there. Like there is no one fix for everything there cannot be a fix theory for everything
